Sometimes a wellness exam doesn’t provide enough information for a complete diagnosis. NorthWest London Veterinary Clinic uses the most advanced pet diagnostics available to provide the most accurate diagnosis to our patients. We are proud to offer a variety of tests to help with your furry-family member’s health assessment.
These tests include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Inhouse Diagnostic Laboratory – including bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology, and a variety of specific diagnostics. We also work with a local clinical veterinary laboratory to process more complicated diagnostics within 12 to 24 hours. The result is patient-specific treatment with less expense to the owner and a better overall recovery rate for the pet.
- Digital Radiology – Radiology is one of the most important diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine. This procedure is painless and exposes pets to such a small amount of radiation that it’s even safe for pregnant pets. Some issues that radiographic diagnostics help treat include: foreign bodies, liver / kidney / heart disease, intestinal blockage, and bladder stones, among other ailments and conditions.
